The business First Choice Home Improvement, LLC is run by a small family. Working for a Real Estate agent, the company began under the name Oscar Framing Remodeling and Painting. The company evolved after eight years and became what it is now.

Setting up an appointment to walk the property is the first step. The second stage is to provide a comprehensive estimate to the customer based on material pricing and manual labor or mechanical labor expenses. The third step is the contract, which will be provided by First Choice Home Improvement, LLC and signed by the client(s) and the contractor himself. If necessary, have a witness/notary present.

The project can commence after the client(s) and the contractor have reached an agreement. Both the contractor and the client(s) are legally bound to follow the contract to the fullest. Any modifications made during the project, as well as any new requests from the client(s), must be done after signing a Change of Order.
